To ab kitni jada calories consume karna hai ye depend karta hai apka body ka present size kya hai and apka future fitness goal kya hai. Us hisab se apko calories barana hai. Aur agar apka goal body building hai to itni kharcha to karna hi hoga jisme apka basic Nutration aajaye like protin, carbohydrate, fats aur ye me sirf diet ke bareme bata rha hu khan eke bareme isme koi supplement add nhi kya.
