LDL bad Cholesterol hai. Ye apke body ke andar 100 se niche hona chahiye. Agar akpa LDL 100 se kam hai to aap save hai. Aur agar apka LDL 100 se lekar 160 ke vich mei hai to aap border line mei hai. Aur agar apka LDL 160 se Zada hai to app high risk me ho.

HDL good Cholesterol hai. Agar ye apke body ke andar 40 se kam nhi hona chahiye. Agar apka HDL 40 se kam hai to high risk hai. To HDL humesha 40 se upar hona chahiye.


TRIGLYCERIDE

Triglyceride humesha 150 se kam hona chahiye. Aur agar apka triglyceride 150 se 200 ke vich mei hai to aap borderline me ho.  Aur agar 200 se Zada hai to its high risk.
