Sab apni roz ki life ke kamo me aur problems me itne busy hai ke kabhi –kabhi thik se khana bhi nhi khate. Aur jo bahr mil jaye wok ha lete hai. Kyu ki bhuk lgi hoti hai. Isliye us time jo mil jaye whi acha lagta hai. Phir chahe us chiz ka jisko hum kha rhe hai. Uska humare health pe kya effect pdega eski kese ko koe fiker he nhi hai.

Aise me bas jldi milne vali chize he psd ati hai.par salads aise chiz hai. Jo taste me to achi hoti he hai. Aur sath–sath humare health ke liye bhiu bhut acha hai. Salads khane se humare health bhi shi rehti hai. Aur inko bnane ke liye zada mehnat bhi nhi karni padti.aur ye jaldi bhi ban jate hai. Aur inko khane se humare mental aur physical health bhi shi rehti hai. Kyuki inme bhut sare veggies hoti hai.

Jo humare eyes, hairs, and skin ke liye bhut achi hoti hai.jinko khane se humare skin bhi achi rehti hai. Aur hum bimariyo se bhi bache rehte hai. Ingredient: kale, red capsicum/tomato, avocado, olive oil, lemon juice, black paper.salt.

How to make:

Spicy kale salad bnane ke liye pehle aap ek big bowl le. Usme kale ko apne hatho se chota-chota tod le. Phir red capsicum ya tomato ko bhi chote-chote pieces me kat le.avacado ko bhi kat le. In sab me 1 spoon olive oil dale. Aur half lemon ka juice dale. Thodi se black paper sprinkle kare aur salt apne taste ke anusar. In sab ko ache se mix kare. Aur bas ho gya apka spicy kale salad tyar.

Spicy kale salad bhle he bhut simple hai par ye tasty hone ke sath bhut he nutritious aur fiber se bhra hai.

Ingredients: Quinoa, green onion, olive oil, lemon juice, capers, some nuts, garlic, black paper, salt.

How to make:

Sabse pehle ek big bowl le. Usme quinoa dale. Phir green onion ko chote–chote pieces me kat kar dale. Uske baad olive oil, and half lemon juice dale. Aur Phir thoda sa garlic crush karke dale, phir capers and nuts dalde. Aur black paper and salt apne taste ke anusar dale. Bas apka Mediterranean quinoa salad is ready.

Ingredients: tomato, onions, cucumber, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt.

How to make:

Pehle ek big bowl le jesme ye sab chize app ache mix kar sake. Phir ek-ek karke sabhi chizo ko jaise tomato, onions, and cucumber ko kat lijiye. Aur bowl me dal dijiye. Phir usme 1 spoon oliv oil dale. Ab apple cider vinegar dale dhyan rhe apple cider vinger me thoda pani mix kare phir dale. Aur salt dalker in sab ko ache se mix kare. Aur apka salad ready hai.

Ingredients: cabbage( red or green), til(hump seeds), olive oil. Lemon juice, black paper, salt.

How to make:

Sabse pehle aap ek big bowl le. Taki sab chizo ache se mix ho sake. Phir cabbage ko kate. Aap chahe to cabbage ko food processor me bhi chop kar sakt hai. Aap yha koe bhi cabbage le sakte hai red or green. Wo apki marzi hai. Thode se til.inko bowl me dale. Olive oil dale 1spoon. Half lemon juice. Salt to taste, and black paper. Bas inn sab ko ache se mix kare aur apka salad ready hai.

Ingredients: spinach,lettuce,cucumber,capsicum,avocado,garlic,olive oil, pumpkin seeds,lemon juice,salt and black paper.

How to make:

Pehle ek big bowl le. Sare chizo ko mix karne ke liye. Phir usme spinach ko chop karke dale. Uske baad lettuce ko chop karke bowl me dale. Aur Phir cucumber and avocado ko chop karke dale/thoda sa garlic crush karke dale .olive oil 1 spoon. And half lemon juice.pumkin seeds dale. Black paper aur salt to taste dale. Aur in sab chizo ko ache se mix kare . Aur bas apka salad ready hai.

Aap in salads ko asani se ghar par bna kar kha sakte hai. Zada time bhi nahi lagta. Aur aap in sab salads ko khud asani se Bana sakte hai. In sab, salads ko banana ke liye apko kese ki help bhi nhi chaheye hogi.  Aur sab salads me bhut sare healthy chize padi hai. Jo apko healthy rakhege .aur bimariyo se bhi bachayegi. Jesko khane se apka stomach bhi full hoga aur aap bahr ka oily aur un hygienic food khane se bhi bachegeaur ek healthy life jiyege.
