1. Choose One Thing At The Time:

Agar koi ek insan jo Pehle se fitness lines me hai. Jo proper Nutrition, proper exercise, proper rest in sab chizo ko Ek sath flow Karta hai unke liye ye normal baat hai not a big deal for that person.

Lekin ek normal insan ek regular insane jiska fitness sirf Sunday ko Apne friends k sath cricket khelna hai. Uske liye ye sab chize karna it’s too much. Itne sare Chiz ek sath follow karna Matlab ye bilkul bhi real stick nhi hai. Jo insan koi exercise nhi Karta. Koi diet follows Nhi Karta, jiske Zindagi me koi cardio naam ke Chiz nhi hai. Aur Raat Raat bhar ullu ki Tarah jagta rehta hai. Aur ek din achanak se uth ke sare chize follow Karne lag jayega aur sath me apne life, work, relationship, family in sare chizo ki stress ek sath manage karna bilkul possible nhi hai. Ye bilkul real stick nhi hai. To aap usse approach kese kare? Isiliye jo sabse pehla step jo Hume Lena hai wo hai “CHOOSE ONE THING AT THE TIME”.

To sirf Nutrition along me hi itni taqat Hoti hai ki o apke  body ki composition ko change Kar Sakti hai lekin magic tab create hoti hai jab hum in dono chizo ko combine karti hai Yani ki jab hum ek Sahi Nutrition and ek Sahi exercise ko hum combine Karte hai tab hum eek extraordinary physic ek extraordinary fitness level ko achieve kar pate hai.
